HART FARMSTEAD
 

Hart Farmstead is a family-run farm in Lexington, NC, offering raw milk, pasture-raised meats, farm-fresh eggs, and handcrafted soaps and skincare products. Their mission is deeply rooted in community and sustainability—providing high-quality, locally sourced goods while fostering a connection between people and the land.

When Hart Farmstead approached me for branding, they wanted an identity that felt warm, timeless, and handcrafted—something that reflected their dedication to traditional farming practices while appealing to modern consumers looking for ethically sourced products. Their aesthetic leaned toward minimalist yet rustic, with a focus on organic textures, classic typography, and an earth-toned color palette.

A key element of the design was incorporating a sunflower, which holds personal significance to the Hart family. Sunflowers symbolize resilience, warmth, and a deep connection to nature—values that align perfectly with their approach to farming. By weaving this meaningful symbol into their logo, I created a brand mark that not only represents their farm’s offerings but also tells a story of personal heritage and passion.

Hart Farmstead’s branding now serves as a visual extension of their values—one that resonates with their customers and enhances their presence in the local market.
